This is an excellent company. They were able to recover considerable data from an HP laptop that had overheated (despite multiple external fans) to the point that portions of one of the 2 hard drives had actually melted. The data they didn't recover (because it would have been prohibitively expensive), they showed me what equipment to buy (a SATA drive reader) and how to search for specific files. All of this at a very reasonable price. I have used them for other minor repairs on multiple computers over the years, and they have always been extremely knowledgeable, professional and appropriately priced. I cannot recommend them enough!

10/3/2016 We have been taking our computers to Lowell Switzer and his crew for years. He is the best by far. Lowell and his techs even built a desk top for me and it has been great. Lowell was able to recover data from one of my computers when the Geek Squad it was impossible. To say Lowell and his techs are knowledgeable is an understatement and a half. Yesterday I called and Brad helped me and my wife remotely take a virus type problem from her laptop. Switzer Enterprises has my highest recommendation for computer repair.

August 2016 I spoke to several computer repair places and 2 IT guys at work and everyone said I'd "fried the motherboard." The tech at Switzer said that was a possiblity, but then gave me another option and something to try. He was absolutely right! Saved me $350 and was the absolute nicest guy. I now have a "go to" place for all my computer problems. Can't recommend them enough. There's a lot to be said for a place that gives honest recommendations and advice. July 2017 When it comes to computers having a trustworthy repair company to rely on is VERY important. I wont take any of my machines to anyone else for any type of repair. Switzer Enterprises has done virus removal, hard drive replacements, upgrades, web hosting, and more for my personal computers as well as my business machines. They are fair priced, honest, secure, and do the job right the first time.
Don't go to a big box store with "techs" who only know how to run a diagnostic and then send your machine to who knows where for actual service. Use a 100% locally owned business and see what real service is!

September 2018 I just wanted to say thank you to Chris for giving me a brand new MSI Nvidia Graphics Card and also giving me some advice of what was the needs for my PC. Chris has put a lot of effort of getting my Windows Vista desktop into fast internet and gaming experience back again. The whole process did not take that long to get my PC fix up, it only took like a day or 2 and I was very surprised it went by quick.

February 2019 As a Birthday/Christmas gift I purchased all the components, housing, and monitor for, (what I was told repeatedly by my teen) the ultimate "Gaming PC". I needed someone who could do a custom assembly. Sorry, I just can't buy into the logic of 'if you can build with Legos, you can build a PC'. At the final cost of everything, I wanted NO mistakes in the outcome. ;/
I called several companies, some would do a build, with their parts. Others had wait times you'd expect the week before or after Christmas, others I could have choked on their hourly rates.
Thank you Switzer! 1. They could do the assembly, with my parts, if there was an issue with one of my parts, they'd call and let me know before ordering anything, they said. And, they did. One of the coolers I bought wouldn't fit where needed we agreed to buy one that would. Their price on the item was lower than the other we bought. 2. Wait time, drop it off anytime will be ready in 2 - 2 1/2 days. Was told it would probably be sooner,
It was. Just shy of two days. 3. Price is done by the hour, at the lowest rate I'd heard from any the field. Yes the total cost was higher than originally quoted, but only due to the cost of the cooler. 4. Overall, I would take any of my computers to Switzer in a heartbeat, I do HIGHLY recommend them if you need something done to or put on your computer. They know what they are doing. As great as the equipment knowledge, their pricing, and their true quotes are ; the best thing about the company are their employees. We have gotten conditioned as consumers to be nothing more than a number or big ole dollar sign, or a name on a paper cup. The idea of true customer service has become something of the past with a few true slivers of it poking its head above the muck on rare occasions. Switzer is one of those slivers. I am the first to admit I know precious little of computers and even less than that of the lingo. When I was on the phone describing what I had and what I needed done, their was complete patience on the other end of the line. When dropping off, and picking up , last minute questions were encouraged, detailed report of what was done was given. Even though we'd had the conversation over the phone, it was explained face to face why one of the coolers we originally bought wouldn't have worked. They assisted in getting everything in my vehicle. Once they were sure we had no further concerns. But if something comes to mind we can call them. We were never rushed, never talked down to, or over. It was obvious they all love what they are doing, and go out of their way to make their customers feel like people, instead of a bother. Frankly, even if they weren't the lowest priced on work in the future, I'd go back to them.

February 2019 My son recently got an XBox one and I bought a monitor for it and everything. But the monitor didn't come with the power cable it needed, and so we bought one on Amazon. When it came in, We only got half of the cable, so we checked Best Buy only to find out they don't have anything like it. We looked up computer stores in Vacaville, and Switzer Enterprises was the first thing to show up. We came in and asked. Even though their buissness doesn't specialize in parts, they looked through their closet of supplies, found us the cord we needed and gave it to us free of charge. Their only aim was to help us out. I can not speak more highly of a buissness.
