5. SMS Messaging Program
Switzer Enterprises offers an optional SMS notification service for customers with active service requests.

Consent is entirely optional and not required to receive service. Message types: Transactional only — repair status updates, pickup notifications, parts arrival alerts, and appointment reminders. 6. Billing and Refunds
Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for services rendered. 7. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Switzer Enterprises, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or costs arising out of your use of our services or your violation of these Terms. Switzer Enterprises is not liable for data loss, indirect damages, or consequential damages arising from service or equipment failure. Customers are strongly encouraged to maintain their own independent data backups.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in Solano County, California.
