Position Overview:
Provides configuration, installation, support and troubleshooting of computer hardware, software, and peripheral equipment; computer repairs and routine maintenance of desktops and laptops. Performs phone support, full system cleans, backup data, restore data, reconfigure systems and install software/hardware/data as required.
Requirements:
- 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

- Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, Linux, Unix and various other software applications that are introduced in the market with their updated versions.

- Associate's degree or its equivalent.

Computer Technician III
Position Overview:

Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of computer operation, hardware, software, and strong troubleshooting techniques.

Assistant Network Administrator

Job Summary: As an entry level position, the Assistant Network Administrator will work under the guidance of the System Engineer. The assistant will help our System Engineer and staff in analyzing, designing, installing, configuring, maintaining and repairing client network infrastructures and application components.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the basics behind the Internet and its workings (DNS, Security, IP Routing, HTTP, VPN, Email Routing, SPAM, etc.)
• Assist in the design of multi-server environments including IP address schemes, DNS, etc.
• Assist in the configuration and setup of Firewalls, VPN Concentrators and Security appliances for access to vital business applications.
• Assist in setting up and configuring complex switching environments.
• Assist in configuring and installing client and server network software.
• Assist in the design, setup and configuration of complex wireless networking that supports open or secured access.
• Create, monitor, and troubleshoot VMWare instances across servers.
• Create, monitor, and troubleshoot active directory schema and domain controller.
• Responsible for monitoring all managed client networks.
• Assist with troubleshooting malfunctions of network hardware and software applications, to resolve operational issues and restore services.
• Responsible for providing direct end-user assistance and education.
Requirements:
• Must have studied or be currently studying for a degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related discipline, or have equivalent work experience.
• Understand the concepts of relevant skill areas including routers, Ethernet switches, firewall configurations, and security gateways.
• Knowledge of various network threats and how to protect against attacks.
• Able to identify and position Firewalls, Mail and Web security devices within a network.
• Windows Server 2008, 2010 & 2012; Exchange and/or SQL experience a plus.
• Ability to communicate in an understandable, polite and friendly manner
• Technical, analytical and good interpersonal skills required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a small business environment.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license with no restrictions.

Network Engineer II
Position Overview:
Assists in the development and maintenance of network communications. Uses knowledge of LAN/WAN systems to help design and install internal and external networks. Tests and evaluates network systems to eliminate problems and make improvements. Uses existing technology components and software to manage networks for day-to-day use. Responsible for installing, deploying, maintaining and troubleshooting networks. Work with users, infrastructure vendors (like ISPs), software and hardware vendors to bring networks up and to keep them running. Installs and maintains effective network databases and hardware system backup and provide for system recover procedures when needed. Relies on experience, and judgement to perform the functions of the job. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Supervise, direct, organize, plan, coordinate and evaluate the work of assigned staff or project team members. Works under general supervision.
Requirements:
- Four years of experience in network and micro/desktop computers systems with two years of recent experience in the management, administration, analysis and support of LAN and WAN, micro/desktop computer hardware and software and office automation software.
- Strong background in implementing, maintaining and troubleshooting networks at either a local area, wide area or infrastructure level.
- Valid Drivers License.
Education and Certification(s)
- Requires a bachelor's degree with major course work in a discipline related to computer science, computer information systems, quantitative analysis or systems analysis.
- Experience in other technology processing related fields may be substituted for the required education.
- A+ and MCSE Certification.
